Shipping & Delivery Policy
Spaziora primarily provides design and consultation services rather than physical goods. This policy explains how service delivery and project materials are generally handled.

Service delivery
Consultations may be delivered in person or remotely as agreed. Drawings, proposals, presentations, reports, and other digital deliverables are shared through the communication channel or project process agreed with the client.
Timelines
Delivery dates and project milestones are confirmed in the relevant proposal or written agreement. Timelines may depend on client feedback, site access, approvals, availability of information, and third-party inputs. We will communicate material delays as reasonably practicable.
Physical items
If a specific engagement includes physical samples, printed materials, or other shipped items, any delivery method, shipping fee, estimated timeline, and risk-of-loss arrangements will be confirmed separately before dispatch.
Client responsibilities
